Healing your Sexual Trauma

This sensitive class is designed to provide some help getting closure and relief for sexual based traumas, fears, and blockages that you may be holding onto from this lifetime or previous lifetimes. As trauma does not discriminate, all genders and experiences are welcome to join. For deep and highly sensitive trauma, I recommend pairing this class with the Growing your Lens of Love and Light series. $20 each class or $50 for 3-part series or $100 for both series this month.

Growing Your Lens of Love and Light

Most of you know I emphasize getting your shadow work done, and definitely don’t want you avoiding your negative emotions, but at times it can be easy to get caught up in doing the shadow work with our spiritual bully. Life has a way of wearing us down too and we can feel like love and light is very difficult to reach so we end stuck in the darkness of our shadow without light. In this 3-part class I will be doing what I can to boost your ability to see, embrace, and connect with yourself through Love and Light in a way that uplifts, not ignores, your darkness. $20 each class or $50 for 3-part series or $100 for both series this month.

The Empowerment of Forgiveness!

We often wander through life in the land of blame shame and guilt while trying to figure out why things just don’t seem to be working right, why people don’t respond to us the way we want them to, and why we cannot change what we see going on around us. We don’t always recognize the burdens we have taken on and the powerlessness that we reside in as we grip on to the false beliefs that others are to blame for our own misery and pain, or that we are to blame for theirs. In this series we will explore the power of working with the state of forgiveness for healing our pain and suffering so we can experience more light in our world with greater ease. (DIFFERENT TOPICS EACH CLASS. CLASSES ARE DESIGNED TO BE STAND-ALONE & DO NOT NEED TO BE WATCHED IN ORDER OR AS A COMPLETE SET FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO CAN ONLY ATTEND SOMETIMES.) $20 per class, $200 for the whole series (Includes May and June).

Your internal relationship to money can subconsciously sabotage your ability to have, spend, generate, and hold on to money in your life. If you have struggled in any of these ways, the power to change it can happen within you! In this 6-part deep dive into your money karma, attitudes, blocks, and fears, we will be working to make changes and shake up your relationship to money and finances to improve the flow of it in your life.
